The map collection includes many different types of map, both historical and current.
Maps are available in print and manuscript format, on microfilm, and online.

Printed Maps
Most printed maps are located in the map cabinet at the information desk at the Galway campus. Some folded maps are held in boxes in the reference collection along with the atlases. The Library holds indexes to help contextualize the map collection.
